I decided I would attempt to beat Touhou: Subterranean Animism last night at the anime club.
I had failed previously due to it freezing after fighting... uh, the one that can read your mind. But I past her last night, and made it to the last boss. I was suddenly shown what the other Touhou players in the club had told me when they said a "difficulty jump". I gotta love how they make the final boss always some all powerful character, but to use the power of the sun is pretty ri-god damn-diculous. Fun as hell, but unfortunately, could not make it before we had to leave.
Also, watching donuts in Krispy Kreme with maybe 20 people is much more amusing than I thought.
Oh, and additional note: Bayonetta is AMAZING. No spoilers, but the final boss is astounding. Google it if you'd like, the last 3 minutes are the best.
Mondays and Fridays off! Should things all go to plan though. I don't get out of class til 6 and 7 on Tuesdays-Thursdays though, so that kind of sucks, but at least I'll have Monday and Friday to procrastinate work on all my work and study.
My to-do list is getting longer and longer, but thankfully, I've taken off some things. I'm worried about a paper I need to get started on, since it's due in two weeks and it's a research paper. Basically, the summary of it is:
The Tang Period of China was filled with crazy bitches. The end.
Anyone who knows about the Tang Period, Empress Wu Zetian, Empress Wei, and Yang Guifei knows exactly what I mean.
Additionally, this song makes me wanna watch Astro Fighter Sunred.
And like I said there, I'm being a little less original this year, but hopefully some of you will appreciate it. Though, for those who don't get what I'll be doing for most of them, maybe I'll try and be creative.
Also, I had the best nights of TF2 in a long time last night. Defended the very last point of Badwater with the cart just barely away from the point for about 7 minutes. My friend got it on demo, so maybe she might upload it or something. After that, we ended up winning offense with 5 Offense Snipers. Good times.
Thanksgiving went well. I saw a movie called The Man Who Knew Too Little, which had Bill Murrey in it. It was pretty funny. Came out in 1997 apparently, which surprised me, because I had never heard of it.
Skipping out on Black Friday, I instead went to this really good Dim Sum place. It was fun to just request something when they brought it around to the table. Other than that, these days have been spent just doing the usual: L4D2, TF2, and the occasional Muramasa: The Demon Blades. I've already beaten each story once, so now it's just down to doing the rest.
